How to do it
4 stepsLie face down on the floor with your elbows bent and your forearms flat at your sides.
Press your forearms into the floor and lift your chest as high as you can, arching your upper back.
Keep your hips pressed to the floor and squeeze your glutes hard.
Hold for a second at the top, then lower back to the floor.
Look down at the floor to keep your neck long. Do not force the arch if you feel pinching in your lower back.
To make it easier, lift only a few inches and rest on your forearms. To make it harder, hold the top position for five seconds.
